General Questions

1 – Contact

The contact of the customer or the potential customer with Atouch, either by submitting a form on the website, calling one of our sales Reps, distributors or installers.

2 – Visit

If necessary, on a convenient date for you, a visit to the site will be scheduled to see your home and survey the needs and relevant technical information.

3 – Proposal

We will present a proposal for your smart home that meets your needs, it can take up to about 48 hours depending on the complexity of the project and scope of integration.

4 – Decision

If you are satisfied with the proposal, give the “yes” to advance. Any aspect of the proposal can be changed if you wish.

5 – Installation

The installation begins. It lasts for an average of two to six weeks, depending on your installer and the complexity of your work.

6 – Conclusion

Installation is complete, enjoy your new Atouch smart home.

Yes, Atouch is applicable to projects in design stage as well as in renovations using the “W” modules.

For renovations you just need to ask the electrician to pass another white wire Bus in the same electrical installation.

Yes. The Atouch App (IOS or Android) is intuitive, which allows the owner to program and execute all installed functions.

Yes with the new Gateway5 you can now use Siri (Apple), soon also available for Alexa (Amazon) and Google.

In the centralised installation, all modules that turn your devices on or off (lights, blinds, etc.) are located in the electrical switchboard of your home. Touch panels have no output behind them.

In the distributed installation the modules are behind the touch panels and can be used to renovate a house without having to change the electrical installation (without works).

No, access is available on your home’s WIFI network and you can access it locally.

The new product ATOUCH (GATEWAY5) will be entitled to a free DDNS).

If you prefer that the path to your home is not provided by us you can always contact the installer or contract a solution like DYNDns.org or no-ip.com and configure access on your router.

Yes, there are countless ways to do this. The easiest way is by using the air conditioner infrared receptor.

Yes. You can, for example, wake up to the sound of your favourite radio and open your blinds or blinds.

Using the new GATEWAY5, you can schedule actions on any of your devices, lights, sound, blinds. You can also use a clock, external to Atouch, to schedule events for your blinds or blinds.

You can change the cycle in two ways, either via APP or via any of your keyboards that control the climate.

It is simple to pair and ensure that your touch panel with display, is connected to the correct machine that operates the heating or cooling of that same room.

It is the touch panel that reads the temperature therefore it is crucial the pairing exists.
