To clean your keyboards, use a damp cloth with soap or diluted detergent.

The use of glass cleaner, alcohol or thinner when in contact with the back part weakens the glue and may lead to replacement of the keyboard with exclusion of warranty.

This functionality is now present using APP 3 and 5 together with D-Gateway 3.0 and 5.0 in all new Atouch homes.

You can press the left microswicth present on the underside of each keyboard for 2 seconds, then press it again for 5 seconds and the backlight will turn off. Repeating the process turns the backlight on again.

T-SEC is the glass tactile keypad dedicated to Atouch’s integrated Safety system. The integration of automation with security allows:

  • Have commands for opening gates and arming alarm all in one;
  • Scenarios for entering and exiting the house that trigger actions such as closing blinds or turning off all lights
  • Turn on lights in case of intrusion or open blinds in case of fire to be able to leave safely.
  • For security reasons this can only mounted on a W-4SEC

Using the Atouch security system

  • Arming and disarming code insertion in Full, Night or Garage modes;
  • Acting on your lights and blinds via exit or arrival home scenarios using specific keys, or before alarm mode;
  • Enable or disable T-SEC backlighting;
  • Energy-saving mode reducing brightness after inactivity.
    Programming of all security functionalities
  • Change of access codes (user, installer and manager);
  • Definition of the type of zones of the central station and the W-4SEC expander as well as the type of siren;
  • Setting date and time;
  • Setting the location of the W-4SEC expander;
  • Others.

There are 3 levels with distinct codes:

  • Usage – allows you to arm and disarm the various alarm levels. There must be as many as different users, it can be added or removed in the management menu;
  • Installation – a single code for parameterizing the technical settings of the system (by the installer), can be changed in the menu itself;
  • Management – only one to manage or other user codes (house owner or responsible for the system).

o configure the type of security zone you will need to access the installer menu.

The different zone types are:

  • Unused – any and all zones that are not connected to any detector;
  • Immediate interior – for zones where you want an instant alarm upon motion detection, i.e. it is armed in AWAY mode where there is no security keypad. Typically used in bedrooms, offices, hallways;
  • Delayed Interior – for zones that require a delay allowing the code to be inserted in the T-SEC, that is, it is armed in AWAY mode for a delayed alarm upon motion detection, typically used for main door entrance halls, garage entrance hall, others where a T-SEC is placed;
  • Immediate Peripheral – for areas where you want to monitor while you are using the house, arming the NIGHT mode the living room, kitchen, stairs, gym, windows or other entry points are being monitored by the alarm while circulation in the interior areas is allowed (bedrooms etc.);
  • Delayed peripheral – Equivalent to using the immediate peripheral, but with a delay to allow someone authorized who wanted to enter the house to enter the code into a T-SEC, others;
  • Smoke / Fire (24h) – This zone type is active whether the alarm is armed or not, for smoke or fire detectors. This zone type cuts off the gas solenoid valve and opens all lights and shutters to allow evacuation. With contact (+12) to reset detectors that need it, for detectors in “NC” (Normally Closed);
  • Flood (24h) – This type of zone is active whether the alarm is armed or not, for flood detectors. This zone type cuts off the water solenoid valve. For detectors in “NO” (Normally Open);
  • Gas (24h) – This zone type is active whether the alarm is armed or not, for Gas detectors. This type of zone cuts off the gas solenoid valve and opens all lights and shutters in order to allow evacuation. With contact (+12) to reset detectors that need it, for detectors in “NC” (Normally Closed);
  • Panic (24h) – For connection to panic buttons to sound the siren as a deterrent and send predefined SMS (in case GPRS is present);
  • Garage Immediate – for areas where you want to control while the house is in use, arming the GARAGE mode or other entry points are being monitored by the alarm while circulation in the interior and peripheral areas are allowed;
  • Delayed Garage – Equivalent to using the immediate Garage mode but with a delay to allow someone authorized who wants to enter the house to enter the code into a T-SEC, others;
  • Warning (24h).

You have two ways to check on the T-SEC keypad or in the APP.

Walk in front of the detector and before it turns off the light check your T-SEC, it should display the name of the zone that detected the intrusion.

At the APP, go to the security view and walk in front of the detector, verifying that they typically turn on a red LED and check in your APP that zone status change.

If you want to check the W-4SEC or B-SEC through “shunt” you should note that all zones are factory inactive until the first time you see an “intrusion” (when someone passes in front of a detector even with the alarm disarmed), so all zones that are armed and then tested by opening the contact between it and the COM will always be in alarm until it is closed again.

If you have removed or disconnected the T-SEC from a W-4SEC it will flag this action as an attempt to interfere (Tamper or Sabotage) with the proper operation of the security system. If this error persists contact our services for further screening.

To remove the error enter one of the user codes twice.

Zone Loop. Alarm Sabotage
This error appears when the contact that is checking the integrity and tampering of the sensors and siren is interrupted, this may be an intrusion attempt.

In case it is not an intrusion attempt check that your sensors and siren are intact and check the wiring. To mitigate the effects of this alarm until you can check the entire installation you can place a “shunt” between the “TampZ” contacts on your B-SEC.
